See, I told you it was good.
I don't eat White Castle so I have no idea if it really tastes like a WC burger but it is so good I don't care. I have made it twice in the last few days and luckily there is enough left for lunch tomorrow.
Tomorrow I am going to experiment with tabouleh. I think I will use diced zucchini in place of the bulgur, and use celery sticks to dip. (Not that you need to dip tabouleh. I would eat that stuff with a spoon.)
I will try to remember to write down the ingredients as I go, and will post the results here.
